Kundalini Pranayama

Meditation guides

This is a simple and easy breathing-meditation (pranayama) intended for arousing and awakening kundalini.

The guide is only five minutes.You can do it for a whole meditation period, if you feel like it, that's 50 minutes. But remember to keep it easy and relaxed so you do not have to interrupt the rythm.

I recommend meditation twice daily, morning and afternoon.The more you meditate, the faster the results.
